Barry
has been a consistent and innovative marketing and sales representative in
the electrical industry for over 22 years. He has 12 years experience at
the distribution level which included 5 years of branch management in
Denver, Colorado. In addition, he has 5 years of manufacturing sales,
which included a district manager position with Hubbell Inc. Following
that, he spent 4 years as a manufacturer representative managing the New
Mexico, El Paso, TX, Durango, CO territory. Most recently, he started
Electro Link Sales in May of 2002.
Barry’s responsibility is to manage the outside sales
portion of the business. His focus is on creating a demand for the
products that we represent and increasing distribution through
relationship building, product awareness and unsurpassed customer service.
Barry is directly responsible for company planning, maintaining
manufacturer relationships and staying active in a variety of trade
associations that facilitate future growth and relationships.
Beth Alexander / VP Operations / Sales

Beth
has over 22 years experience in the electrical field, all in the New
Mexico and El Paso market area. This includes 18 years of distribution
experience at both the operations and management levels. She opened the
New Mexico office and spent three years working as inside sales for a
large Arizona based manufacturer’s representative covering New Mexico and
El Paso, Texas. Beth was also instrumental in opening Electro Link Sales
in May 2002.
Beth’s primary responsibilities as
Operations Manager are to insure the best support team in the industry.
Her efforts are spent assuring the best customer service and fulfilling
the commitments that have been made at the inside and outside sales
level. She is also responsible for tracking current market levels and
promotions and then relaying that information to the manufacturers. In
addition, she is responsible for the technological portion of the company,
maintaining and updating the computer systems, as necessary.

Karen brings to ElectroLink Sales, over
25 years of experience in the electrical industry, which includes 17 years
in this market area. She has 15 years experience at the distribution
level. She has performed counter sales, inside sales, quotations and
has acted as operations manager while in distribution. Karen has
also been involved in the fast track program with Intel, both domestic and
in Costa Rica. In addition, she has 4 years experience working as a
manufacturer’s representative in the lighting industry, here in
Albuquerque and California. With her product knowledge and
contractor contacts, Karen is a great addition to our company.
Karen’s primary responsibility is
to add to our existing support staff, offering the best customer service
in the industry. She is also responsible for order entry, job
tracking, job quotes and managing new product launches offered by our
manufacturers.
Brian Henry / Product Specialist

Brian has 7 years experience in
the electrical industry at the distribution level. He entered distribution
as warehouse manager, moved to counter, projects and then on to inside
sales. His ethics, unsurpassed customer service ability and product
knowledge is a fantastic asset to our Electro Link Sales Team.
Brian's primary
responsibilities, as product specialist are to assist our distributor
partners, contractors, end-users and engineers in the presentation and
education of the features and benefits of all the new, innovative products
being developed by our manufacturers every day. With Brian’s vast
knowledge of Southwire’s broad line of wire and cable, he is also
responsible for product specification and training of Southwire products
along with our other great manufacturers. Therefore he will be working in
close conjunction with our Electro Link Outside Sales Team.
Mike Blaha / Inside Wire

Mike comes to Electro Link Sales
with over 10 years dealing in all facets of the electrical industry,
including experience at the distributor, contractor and wire supplier
levels. He began his career in New Mexico in the warehouse and has worked
at counter sales, inside sales, purchasing, and most recently in outside
sales for a world wide distributor of wire and cable in Southern
California. His knowledge of wire and cable products is a valuable asset
to our Electro Link Team.
Mike’s primary
responsibilities as our wire specialist are to insure the best customer
service, product and market level knowledge in the industry. He is
responsible for all quoting, follow up and order entry for Southwire’s
broad line of wire and cable products. He works closely with our outside
sales team on all job and stock quotes as well as cross training our
inside sales team on the complete Southwire product line.

Deborah has a financial banking
background with over 15 years of experience. Through her developed
relationships, she has maintained many essential contacts with builders
and developers which have proven useful for this company. Deborah’s
responsibility is to manage all financial aspects of the company. These
functions include accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, payroll
taxes, posting of commission and management of insurance and 401k plan.
